Frequently asked questions
1) How much time do I actually need to commit each week?
Expect 3-5 hours/week. This includes scheduled lessons, self-study, practice, exam prep, case studies. Most students balance this around their current work schedule. You have 18 months to complete the entire program, you can adjust as needed.
2) I have lots of available time to focus on this training, how quickly can I complete the program
Nine months would be the fastest a student could complete the program. The guided lessons, in-person practical, exam requirements are scheduled for over five months from your start date. After successfully completing this portion you will move to case studies. With proper planning and execution, a fast track student could complete in as little 4 months.
3) What are the in-person requirements? Do i need to travel?
This program has a mandatory four days in-person training held in Calgary, Canada. (airport code YYC) It is a requirement you attend all four days in full to qualify for your diploma. If something arises and you cannot complete the full four days, you will need to transfer to another semester to meet this requirement. *fee is applicable

Course Prep: Begin reading course manuals
After receiving your course materials kit, you can begin reviewing your course manuals prior to the official start of the program.
Core Reflexology Modules
This is done as self study, optimally you can complete this prior to the beginning of the Foot Reflexology live lessons, however oftentimes it will be completed alongside.. To complete Core Knowledge you will be required to:
- Read the Core Reflexology Course Manual
- Complete the Core Reflexology Workbook
- Watch all recorded content on the Quanta platform.
- Complete a written exam
The Core Knowledge component of your is largely theoretical.
Foot Reflexology Modules
Foot Reflexology will have scheduled start dates depending on your selected semester.
- Foot Reflexology modules contain three possible learning components. Recorded content, live virtual classes.
- The specialty will include course manual, worksheets, workbooks
- A written exam will need to be completed
Students should attend all live virtual classes, however recordings will be made available
Foot Reflexology includes mandatory in-person practical, this must be attended to complete the program
In-Person Practical
4 days of in-person training will be held in Calgary, AB
Written Exams
Students are required to complete written exams with a passing grade of 80%

- Core Reflexology
These exams are scheduled and will be conducted both in-person and online (depending on students location) Upon successful exams, the student can begin their professional practice (Case Studies)
Case Studies: Self-Guided Practical
Students will be required to submit case studies as part of their professional practice course component. The clients and location of this practical work is chosen by the student.
100 Total Case Studies
50 with full documentation, 50 with basic documentation.
Students are self-guided, receiving a mandatory review with their instructor after their first 20 case studies.
Practical Exam
Following completion of 100 case studies, the student will be required to perform a full Dien Chan Clinician treatment on an examiner in their local area. With a passing grade of 80%
Graduation
Congratulations after successfully completing your practical exam, you will be issued your physical diploma by mail. You will also receive your program transcripts. The graduate can now apply to a national governing body for registration as a reflexolgist
