1) How much time do I actually need to commit each week?
Expect 3-5 hours/week. This includes scheduled lessons, self-study, practice, exam prep, case studies. Most students balance this around their current work schedule. You have 18 months to complete the entire program, you can adjust as needed.
2) I have lots of available time to focus on this training, how quickly can I complete the program
Six months would be the fastest a student could complete the program. The guided lessons, in-person practical, exam requirements are scheduled for over five months from your start date. After successfully completing this portion you will move to case studies.
3) What are the in-person requirements? Do i need to travel?
No this program is completely online. We will provide you with online content that will give you the fundamentals of reflexology theory and practical application

After receiving your course materials kit, you can begin reviewing your course manuals prior to the official start of the program.
Foot Reflexology Modules
Foot Reflexology will have scheduled start dates depending on your selected semester.
- Foot Reflexology modules contain three possible learning components. Recorded content, live virtual classes.
- The specialty will include course manual, worksheets, workbooks
- A written exam will need to be completed
Students should attend all live virtual classes, however recordings will be made available
Foot Reflexology includes mandatory in-person practical, this must be attended to complete the program
Case Studies: Self-Guided Practical
Students will be required to submit case studies as part of their professional practice course component. The clients and location of this practical work is chosen by the student.

Foot Reflexology Online Pro program is lead by Erica Layton Weiland.
She is based in Calgary, Alberta, Canada and is the founder of Quanta School of Reflexology and the Reflexology Experience Clinic.
Erica is a licensed instructor by the Reflexology Association of Canada and the International School of Multireflexology Dien Chan. As a reflexology teacher for 10 years, she brings a dynamic teaching style to the Foot Reflexology Online Pro program
Her background in psychology, energy work, fitness training and cellular & sport nutrition blend beautifully with her deep understanding of reflexology, the human body and energetic movement.
