Foot Reflexology for Professionals Program Outline
80hr Program
This accredited program is licensed by the Reflexology Association of Canada (RAC)
*There are no exams or case studies required. Students completing this program are not officially licensed as a reflexologist. Please see our CRT program for more information
Course Syllabus
Overview of Foot Reflexology for Professionals
Step One: Select your semester and pay your tuition
Now is the right time to learn Foot Reflexology.
- Quanta offers classes during three semesters per academic year.

Step Two: Enrollment to Quanta
Once your tuition is received, you will receive your receipt of payment along with a link to complete your registration from
- Quanta will send the student all Foot Reflexology materials (they are included in your tuition, along with free shipping)
- Welcome email with invitation to join our online school platform. This will include access to our school store with exclusive discounts for enrolled/active students.
- Program pathway emails outlining the journey you will take to complete your program.
Step Three: Course Prep
As soon as you are enrolled into your Foot Reflexology program you will be granted online access to the Quanta Learning Platform. There will be access to recorded content that is as self study. Included in your prep can be:
- Begin reading the Foot Reflexology Course Manual
- Watch recorded content on the Quanta platform.
The preparatory step is not required, just a little head start for interested students
Step Four: In-Personal Practical
We begin your formal education with four days of practical training at our location in Calgary, AB.
This held on Sundays, Mondays from 9:00am - 6:00pm MST. Please see the Program Dates section below to see the information for upcoming semesters
Step Five: Live Virtual Lessons
Following your practical component, the next step will be live virtual lessons with your instructor. Students will work through the course manual and connect the dots from practical training.
There are six virtual lessons held on Tuesdays, Wednesdays and Fridays from 8:30am - 10:30am MST. It is highly recommended that students attend live, however recordings will be provided each day.
Step Six: Self Study
This is the stage in which you will complete required reading, finish the workbook, review all recorded content and practice on clients, friends, family. Students use this opportunity to improve their skills and formulate strategies to incorporate reflexology into their existing practice. Prepare questions and analyze real world examples with your instructor to ensure a full grasp on the technique.
Step Seven: Certificate and Check-In
After completing all required components, we wish you a big congratulations and issue your participation certificate. You will have an opportunity to meet with your instructor to ensure you are confident on the concepts, application and technique.
