About Your Instructor

Relieving Chronic Stress with Foot Reflexology is an online class led by Erica Layton Weiland.

She is based in Calgary, Alberta, Canada. Erica is a licensed instructor authorized by the Reflexology Association of Canada and she is the Education Director of the International School of Multireflexology Dien Chan. She is the founder of the Reflexology Experience and is an active clinical practitioner.
