Step 1: Skull Raking (5 minutes) - n°416 Yin Rake
Begin with the Yin Rake to prepare your nervous system and calm your mind. Starting at your hairline, rake gently backward toward the nape of your neck. Cover your entire scalp with slow, intentional strokes. This prepares your face for deeper work and releases accumulated tension from your skull and cranial nerves. Aim for a calm, meditative state before moving forward.
Step 2: Yang-Yin Harmonics (10 minutes) - n°307 & n°308
This is the heart of the routine. Think of your face as a garden: you're preparing the soil, bringing nutrients to the surface, and then distributing them evenly.
Yang Phase (3-5 minutes with n°307 Mini Double Yang Roller):
Roll the Mini Double Yang Roller across your neck, down your back (via shoulders), and across your entire face. Use light, consistent pressure with upward and outward strokes. Cover: lymph nodes under chin, bladder area (chin), lips, hairline, cheeks, eyes, forehead, and Penfield diagram zones. Yin Phase (3-5 minutes with n°308 Mini Double Yin Roller):
Immediately follow with the Mini Double Yin Roller, using the same pattern and strokes. You'll feel your skin tone even out and your complexion become noticeably radiant.
Step 3: Balancing Living Points (10 minutes) - n°133 Comet Detector
This step involves pressing and holding specific reflex points to activate your nervous system, organs, and energetic balance. Use the three-prong (yin) side for evening work, single-prong side for morning. Press each point perpendicular to your skin with firm pressure for 10-30 seconds.
Cleanse the Mind (nervous system calm):
- Middle of forehead, just outside corner of eye (both sides)

- Armpits (left and right—20 times each)
- From nose crevice down to lower back (20 times)
- Around groin/nostril area (30 times, both sides)
- Down the legs (20 times each leg)
- Chin area (ankles of red man—20-30 times)
- Down the jawline and behind the ears (finish on left side)
Aftercare:
